Today we finally saw some volatility. I believe this should be the start of the correction I have been waiting on. I am watching $ES and $NQ very closely for short entries. I don’t plan on adding many positions tomorrow as I am already positioned short in $AAPL $TSLA and $NIO. My main focus will be position management and futures short entries. If price breaks back above 4228 the bears may be squeezed out and I will reevaluate. Stay on your toes, things could move very quickly from here.

$ES_F 4H (View)

  • Expecting a bounce to 4210-4215 overnight before a significant selloff tomorrow

$NQ_F 4H (View)

  • Watching for the subwave 2 bounce overnight followed by a strong red day

$AAPL 1H (View)

  • I am already in this trade, but I want to update you all on how I plan on managing this position. Ideally the HOD is not broken and we take the primary count down (white path). If that happens, I will trim at neckline of the HnS (pink line) and let the rest run… However there is a possibility this dip is wave 4 of c in the flat wave (2) — in this case, the invalidation will be 133.40 (above that level wave 3 would be the shortest which is invalid). I will hold my position with a SL at 133.40 and possibly add if we do make a new high

$DIS 1H (View)

  • I am hesitant to take this long setup if $ES and $NQ are selling off. But, if markets turn bullish I will take this long entry at $172-$173 (see previous newsletter for larger degree view)

$DKNG 1H (View)

  • $DKNG seems to be forming a 1,2-1,2. I will be watching for a reaction from $46.50 over the next few days.
