What’s up team — Today was fairly slow and I expect tomorrow to be the same (Friday’s before 3 day weekends often are low volume). I will continue to manage open risk and keep an eye on a handful of key setups.

Futures:

$ES_F (View)

$NQ_F (View)

$RTY_F (View)

  • No changes yet, still bullish

Management Plan:

$LVS 8m (View)

  • Looking for a gap & flush tomorrow towards $52.55 where I will take profit. Stops at $53.24

$EBAY 30m (View)

  • A sweet short setup here on $EBAY. As long as the high holds, I expect to see $69 and below early next week (or even tomorrow).

Setups:

$RBLX 15m (View)

  • Top watch tomorrow, looking for a bullish engulfing opening 1H candle

$AMC 4H (View)

  • Still waiting for the breakout…

$QS 1H (View)

  • Wave 2 came deeper than expected today, I’ll be watching for a bounce off of the .786 & trendline tomorrow

$TSLA 30m (View)

  • The triangle is still valid, just more complex. I expect a bounce tomorrow followed by a buyable dip.

$CCIV 4H (View)

  • This setup likely won’t trigger tomorrow, but something to keep an eye on just incase. Looking for a bounce at $25

Trade Recap: $TSLA 7/2 $710c lottos (View) – Result: Loss -43%

  • This trade is what I consider a ‘good loss’
    • This setup had everything I look for:
      • A valid wave count
      • Confluence (Trendline support, Cloud support)
      • And a reversal signal (inside up 15m candle)
    • Unfortunately the trade failed as the triangle correction turned out to be more complex, but this is one I’ll lose no sleep over. Risk was managed and my rules were followed, including respecting my stop
  • Sometimes a good trade leads to a loss — and sometimes a bad trade leads to a win.
    • Focus on taking good trades and ignore individual results. This will put more $ in your pocket over time, and save you from ruining your confidence.
