Futures:

After today’s strong and impulsive sell off we find the indices at a key spot yet again. It is very important to watch the structure of this bounce that is in progress. I expect it to be corrective, but the height is TBD. I am watching $RTY in particular to make the first move lower. However, there is the possibility that this bounce becomes impulsive in structure – in such a scenario, the lows would likely be in and I will be looking to get long some of the market leaders ($AAPL $AMZN)… Heading into tomorrow my plan is to look for short opportunities while monitoring futures for bearish confirmation.

Setups:

$BA (View)

  • Looking for a corrective bounce to $212 to enter short… this feels like deja vu. I will be leaving a bit wider stops this time

$MRNA (View)

  • Looking for a rejection from $427-430 for a quick move down to $406. This will be in addition to my current short position. All stops above $435

$APPS (View)

  • After an impulsive move down, I am looking for a bounce to $65 to enter short towards $60 and below

$AFRM (View)

  • I have been patiently waiting for this setup… One good flush would likely provide a good entry. I am keeping an eye on the options flow as well

$DKNG (View)

  • $DKNG bounced from the key zone into the close. I will be watching for impulsive action to enter long, but this will likely take a day or two to fully develop.
